How to request customization:
Please email us at support@posiosa-lighting.com and include the following details:
The product link or SKU number
The finish you prefer (e.g., gold, chrome, matte black, etc.)
The dimensions you need (e.g., width, depth, height: W32" × D10" × H10")

Custom production typically takes 8–10 weeks
Free standard shipping is included for most destinations
Expedited shipping is available at an extra cost (quoted separately)
All custom chandeliers include a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering normal residential use
