At Esperilux Lighting, we are committed to providing clear, accurate, and transparent shipping information to our customers. Currently, all orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in China. The shipping origin and estimated delivery time for each product are clearly displayed on the product detail page before purchase.
Shipping Origin & Method
Standard International Shipping – From China (Default & Only Shipping Method)
All products are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in Zhongshan, China, via international ocean or air freight. The shipping process includes export handling and customs clearance.
This is the only shipping method currently available on our website.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, based on China business days, after the order is confirmed and payment is successfully verified.

Approximately 33–50 business days, including order processing time and international shipping.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier operations, destination logistics, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons.
Shipping Schedule & Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before Friday at 2:00 AM (EST) (Friday 3:00 PM Beijing Time, UTC+8) will be included in the same week’s processing cycle.
Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed in the next shipping cycle.
Large or oversized items may require additional handling or preparation time depending on logistics arrangements.

Taxes & Duties:
For orders shipped from China to the United States, all applicable import duties, customs clearance fees, and international shipping costs are prepaid by Esperilux Lighting. Customers will not be required to pay any additional import duties or customs fees upon delivery.
All product prices include international shipping and applicable import duties. There are no hidden fees or additional charges upon delivery.
Delivery Address Changes
Delivery address changes may be requested free of charge before the order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued.

Order Tracking
Registered customers can track their orders through their account dashboard.
Guest customers may track their orders using their Order ID and the email address used at checkout.
Tracking information will be sent by email once available. For international shipments from China, tracking updates may become active only after the shipment arrives at the destination port or local carrier facility.

Delays may occur due to customs inspections, port congestion, weather conditions, public holidays, or peak shipping periods.
