Refund policy

At Esperilux Lighting, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to handling return and refund requests in a fair, reasonable, and transparent manner. Please review the following policy carefully before submitting a return or refund request.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if the item you received is damaged, defective, or if the incorrect product or model was shipped.

Due to the nature of our products, customized or made-to-order chandeliers are not eligible for return or refund. This includes, but is not limited to, items with special size requirements, custom finishes, custom wiring specifications, or made-to-order configurations.

Items that have been used or installed are not eligible for return unless a confirmed manufacturing defect is identified.

Return Window

Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date, as confirmed by carrier tracking records.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for approval.

Return Process & Authorization

All return requests must be reviewed and approved in advance.

To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact support@esperilux-lighting.com and provide your order number along with clear photos or videos that show the issue.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, our support team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide detailed return instructions, including the appropriate return address based on the specific order and product condition.

For orders shipped from our China facility, the default return address is: 
 1st Floor, No. 34 Xinsheng Street, Liusha Village, Henglan Town, Zhongshan City, China.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return or replacement is due to our error, including damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

For other approved return requests, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Inspection & Refund Timeline

Returned items will be inspected within 3–5 business days after they are received.

Once the return is approved following inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including all components such as crystals, parts, manuals, and accessories.

If returned items are incomplete, damaged due to improper packaging, or not in resalable condition, a reasonable restocking or repair fee may be deducted. Any applicable deduction will be communicated to the customer before the refund is processed.
